Gutter Installation & Repair in San Jose, CA

Gutters and Downspouts

A roofing system is never complete without properly installed gutters and downspouts. They protect your home from rainwater damage the same way your roof protects it from the weather. Clean Roofing installs and maintains high-quality seamless gutters designed for long-term performance in the San Jose and Bay Area climate.

Your gutter and downspout system is one of the most critical parts of your home’s exterior. Without proper drainage, rainwater can pool around your foundation, seep behind siding, or overflow onto walkways — causing thousands of dollars in avoidable damage.

At Clean Roofing, we install heavy-gauge 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters with 3×4 downspouts — one of the largest and most efficient systems available for residential homes. Our seamless design helps prevent leaks, sagging, and corrosion while keeping your property protected year-round.

Clogged or damaged gutters are common in areas like San Jose, where high winds, pine needles, and seasonal storms can quickly fill gutter channels. Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure your home stays safe from foundation erosion, roof leaks, and mold.

Don't Let Faulty Gutters Destroy Your Home’s Value

Poor drainage is one of the leading causes of structural and interior damage. When your gutters fail, the damage spreads fast.

Clean Roofing Is Dedicated to Honesty and Openness

We will always be honest and straightforward regarding the design of your gutter system. We will let you know about the issues or concerns we have about the design of a roof or the system and the percentage of drainage.

Clean Roofing will always angle gutters by the industry standard of 1/8 inch per foot to minimize pooling. We will advise as best we can to meet all your expectations.

Just ask a Clean Roofing associate what would best gutter and downspout option your needs.

FUNCTIONAL AND AESTHETICALLY PLEASING

We install gutters with hidden hangers, providing a sleek, modern appearance compared to older spike-and-ferrule systems. With a wide selection of colors, we match your gutters to your home’s trim, siding, and roof for a clean, polished finish.

We offer both Aluminum and Steel gutters. Most homeowners choose aluminum for its durability and rust resistance, while steel provides added strength for specific architectural needs.

Clean Roofing also provides gutter guards including mesh screens, micro-filters, and “helmet-style” guards. These systems reduce maintenance, prevent clogging, and extend the life of your gutters while saving you money on costly repairs.

We install all three of the most common gutter profiles Fascia Style, Curved Fascia, and OG (K-Style) gutters. Each option offers unique benefits in both drainage performance and appearance. Our team will help you choose the style that best complements your home’s architecture while ensuring reliable, efficient water flow.

Exceptional Quality, Professional Team, and Outstanding Results! We recently had our roof replaced by Clean Roofing, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our home has a complex second-story roof, but their team handled the entire project with absolute precision and professionalism from start to finish. The project was completed right on schedule, and every single promise made during the initial consultation was kept. The crew was exceptionally skilled, hard-working, and respectful of our property. The finished roof looks phenomenal and has completely transformed the look of our home. The quality of their work speaks for itself—several of our neighbors stopped by to compliment the roof and ask for their contact information, and one neighbor has already hired them for a project of their own! If you want a seamless experience and flawless workmanship, Clean Roofing is the company to call.

Clean Roofing is so efficient. I saw them work on my neighbor’s roof and asked them to replace mine. I also asked my neighbor about the experience; he highly recommends them. My roof was done in a few days, and I recommend this team as well. The workers Tony and his team, their supervisor Rodrigo, and the boss on the phone are all friendly and easy to communicate.

We recently hired Clean Roofing to replace our 30-year-old roof, and we could not be happier with the results. The crew was exceptionally friendly, professional, and thorough—finishing the entire project in just 3 days, exactly as projected. Sergei was fantastic: he speaks fluent English, communicated clearly throughout every stage, and took the time to patiently explain all the work being done. A few highlights from our experience: Transparency: They found and repaired some dry rot, documenting all damaged areas with photos so we could see the issues firsthand. Gutter Work: They installed gutter screens, adjusted the slope to ensure proper drainage away from the house, and shared photos of the freshly cleaned gutters. Quality & Visuals: Sergei even provided drone photos of the completed roof, and the job passed city inspection on the very first try. A quick tip for homeowners: Do a quick walk-around of the perimeter once the crew wraps up to make sure no stray tools or materials were accidentally left behind. Overall, top-notch craftsmanship, efficient work, and outstanding communication. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful experience with Clean Roofing. The staff was knowledgeable, they helped guide us on options. They made sure everything was WUI compliant to help with our home owners insurance. The project leader had wonderful communication, the crew was helpful. They communicated well when they found some wood damage that would require repair. They cleaned up everyday, and were very efficient getting the install done. For such a large expense, it was so nice feeling confident all the folks involved were knowledgeable and competent. I got several bids, and very carefully compared each, and while it was not the absolute lowest, it was lower than many. The quote was transparent and from the research I did the pricing was super reasonable for the work. A+ Would work with again, but I probably won't have to for at least 30 years because the roof is fantastic.

I had my roof replaced in 2023 and Clean Roofing did an excellent job from sales to installation. They were very easy to work with and responsive to any questions and requests. The owner recently contacted me and asked if there were any issues or concerns, which I thought was very thoughtful. I highly recommend them.

I've used Clean Roofing on several projects. Service and quality has always been top quality. The crews are good, courteous, communicate at every step of the way. Project started and wrapped up when they said it would. They are also technically knowledgeable, this was important when we were doing a solar installation, as it was not a straight forward install, their solar group (Clean Solar), knew more than any other company we spoke to. I would not hesitate to use them again on future projects.

We had an outstanding experience with Clean Roofing from start to finish. Roofing projects can be disruptive and messy by nature, but this team truly lives up to their name. A huge shoutout to the crew: Magdaleno, Erick, Luis, Rolando, Jordy, and Sergy, who were exceptional every step of the way. Their communication was clear, consistent, and proactive. We always knew what to expect each day, and any questions we had were answered quickly and thoughtfully. Scheduling was seamless, and they stayed true to their timeline, which we really appreciated. Even more impressive was their follow-through, every detail was handled with care, and nothing felt rushed or overlooked. What really set them apart was how clean and respectful they were of our home throughout the process. Roofing is inherently messy, but this crew went above and beyond to keep everything as tidy as possible each day. It made a huge difference for our family. If you're looking for a team that is professional, reliable, and truly takes pride in their work, Clean Roofing is the one. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Clean roofing did an amazing job on our roof, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They were quick to come out and give an estimate, available to answer questions regarding the scope of work, timelines, and negotiating price, and just as quick to start work once we were ready to go.

Jorge was our foreman, and he was great. He checked in with us in the morning, professional, and super hardworking, as was the rest of his crew, including Pablo, Jorge Jr, and Jesus. They worked hard, stayed busy, Jorge kept us updated. The whole crew was very nice (with 3 young daughters, that was an awesome little bonus). They kept the workspace contained, were mindful of our safety, and worked around our young family clutter and bustle.

Laura was our operations manager, and she kept us updated and up to speed! Rodrigo was our superintendent, and he was very easy to communicate with. He was responsive, timely, and made sure we understood the scope of the work.

That was important because our roof needed more work than the initial work order we laid out. There was a lot of rot in the wood beneath the roof. The original estimate was very reasonable, but the scope of work great 2-3x fold. With that increase in work that had to be done, the price still felt very fair. We were in good hands!

The whole experience was very relieving. We've had rain since they finished, no leaks at all! And they've checked in us to make sure everything was all good regarding no leaks. I'm so glad I found Clean Roofing and worked with them!

Clean Roofing did a great job helping with a leak on our flat membrane roof. I called them about the issue, and they responded quickly, found the leak, and repaired it efficiently. While they were there, they also recommended some preventive cleaning and minor repairs to help avoid future problems, which I really appreciated. Their pricing felt reasonable, and the quality of their work was excellent. Great company overall -- I would happily recommend Clean Roofing and use them again.

I cannot recommend Clean Roofing enough! Dealing with a roof leak is incredibly stressful, but this team made the entire process so much easier.

Desiree was absolutely amazing--she was always quick to respond and kept communication seamless. Micah was also a huge help, patiently answering all of our questions with a friendly and professional attitude.

When it came to the actual work, Daniel and Eduardo were fantastic. They were professional, punctual, and their quality of work was excellent. It is rare to find a team that combines such great customer service with high-quality craftsmanship. If you're looking for a reliable roofing company that truly cares about their customers, look no further

Clean Roofing came out and fixed some out of warranty holes in my roof caused by some squirrels or crows. There was some initial miscommunication but it was resolved entirely satisfactorily. Even though it was out of warranty. Thank you !!

Everything went very smoothly! All communication was great! The guys worked hard and the roof was done quickly. They cleaned up as if they were never there. The price was competitive, and they finished on time as promised. The roof looks great and we have already been receiving compliments. We also added insulation and they did a fabuous job- very thorough and complete.
