How much do I earn per referral?

You earn $400 for every successful referral, that is, every time someone you refer signs a contract for a qualifying Clean Roofing project. There’s no cap on how many people you can refer, so the more friends, neighbors, or family you send our way, the more you earn.

When do I get paid?

When clean roofing completes the installation for another happy customer.

How is the reward paid out?

Reward is paid by check or electronic transfer. If you have a preference, just let us know when we follow up — or include it in the “anything we should know” field on the referral form.

Does my friend need to be a homeowner?

Not necessarily. Referrals can be for residential homeowners, commercial property owners, or property managers — anyone who needs roofing services. Clean Roofing handles residential, commercial, and solar roofing projects across the Bay Area.

What counts as a "qualifying project"?

Any signed Clean Roofing project — including new roof installations, full re-roofs, commercial roofing, and Tesla Solar Roof installations — qualifies. Very small repair-only jobs may not always qualify; if you’re unsure, send the referral anyway and our team will let you know. Either way, your friend still gets great service.

Do I have to be a past Clean Roofing customer to refer someone?

No. While most of our referrals come from happy past customers, anyone can refer a friend or business contact and earn the reward. If you’ve never worked with us yourself, that’s totally fine.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No limit. Refer as many friends, neighbors, family members, or business contacts as you’d like. Every successful referral earns you another $400.

What if my friend doesn't move forward?

No worries — and no hard feelings. The reward is only paid on signed projects, but there’s nothing lost by referring them. You can send another referral whenever you’re ready.

How will I know my friend mentioned me?

When you submit the form, we have your information on file — so we’ll automatically credit you when they sign. You don’t have to remind them, and they don’t have to remember your name during the call. We’ve got it.
